Delivery services

Alchemy Studio offers an express shipping service via DHL, with delivery times ranging from 1 to 5 working days after dispatch of your order.

Please note that if you choose to have your order delivered to your front door or to a neighbor's house using DHL's on-demand delivery service, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your parcel.

Our workshops are located in Toronto ( Canada ) and Paris ( France ).

Alchemy Studio covers taxes and customs duties for Canada, the United States, France, the United Kingdom, Belgium and Germany.

For other countries, taxes and customs charges may apply depending on the regulations of your destination country.
